Our Facilities
The centre has ample space, ideally located and easily accessible from the Bengaluru City Railway Station and the City Central Bus Stand. It is well equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities to train candidates in various areas of jewellery designing and manufacturing.
The centre has also set up a Rapid Prototype facility, which helps the jewellery industry convert new designs into production within a very short period and at nominal charges.
Additionally, the centre houses an Incubation Centre for new entrepreneurs, enabling them to start their business with minimal investment and operate until they establish a full-fledged unit.

Various Stages of Casting of Jewellery
Wax Injection Machine
Creates accurate wax patterns by injecting wax into rubber moulds, forming the base shape for jewellery casting.
Wax Model from Mould
Produces detailed wax replicas that define the exact design before the casting process begins.
Burnout Furnace
Heats investment moulds to remove wax cleanly and prepare them for metal casting with precision.
Vacuum Investment Casting Machine
Casts molten metal into prepared moulds under vacuum, ensuring smooth, high-quality jewellery pieces.
